Steak Splash Sizzled Shrimp

Sea Scallops easily replace shrimp in this quick dish.
•1 red bell pepper, seeded, cut into thin strips
•1/2 cup small onion cut into thin strips (about 1 cup)
•2 cups dandelion leaves chopped (may substitute with Swiss chard)
•12 large shrimp, peeled, deveined
•1 TBS Garlic Steak Splash
•Fresh lime juice
Heat in wok or large skillet over high heat until almost smoking, 2 tbsp. olive oil. Add shrimp stirring constantly for 3 minutes. Add red pepper and onion. Continue cooking until shrimp are cooked through and peppers are slightly charred, about 3 minutes. Add Garlic Steak Splash to pan, coating vegetables & seafood. Mix in fresh dandelion greens, toss well before seasoning with a squirt of fresh lime. Remove from heat and serve with rice.
