Steak Splash Sizzled Shrimp

Sea Scallops easily replace shrimp in this quick dish.



  1. 1 red bell pepper, seeded, cut into thin strips

  2. 1/2 cup small onion cut into thin strips (about 1 cup)

  3. 2 cups dandelion leaves chopped (may substitute with Swiss chard)

  4. 12 large shrimp, peeled, deveined

  5. 1 TBS Garlic Steak Splash

  6. Fresh lime juice



Heat in wok or large skillet over high heat until almost smoking, 2 tbsp. olive oil.  Add shrimp stirring constantly for 3 minutes.  Add red pepper and onion. Continue cooking until shrimp are cooked through and peppers are slightly charred, about 3 minutes.  Add Garlic Steak Splash to pan, coating vegetables & seafood.  Mix in fresh dandelion greens, toss well before seasoning with a squirt of fresh lime.  Remove from heat and serve with rice.
