Busha Browne's Pukka Hot Pepper Sauce highlights the natural sweetness of Jamaican Scotch Bonnet peppers, blending them with a pleasant balance of salt & vinegar.  Its medium-hot heat level adds zip to foods, enhancing their flavours rather than overpowering them. 


We like to use it as an all-around table sauce but the salt, vinegar and touch of peppery sweetness make it a great companion to rice & bean dishes, cajun & creole flavours, and seafood, particularly fresh shucked oysters.  Use it in recipes in place of Tabasco and you'll find it adds a more well-rounded flavour.
