What’s Hot...

We’ve added several new products to our selection of Ghost Pepper Products.  For the uninitiated, the Ghost Pepper (aka Naga/Bhut Jolokia) is ranked twice as hot as a habanero.  We have Da Bomb Ghost Pepper Hot Sauce, Salsa and PEanuts, and let me tell you, they are smokin’ hot!!,,, Along with those, we have Blair’s Pure Death with Jolokia, Dave’s Ghost Pepper SAuce, and Melinda’s Naga Jolokia (the hottest sauce we’ve tried that doesn’t contain extract).  We also have dried Bhut Jolokia pepper pods for sale.  Brad from Rare Grill House dropped off some heirloom tomato sauce he stewed with some of these pods and boy, did it have zip!

FUN FACTS!
Mustard & horseradish help stimulate digestion of rich foods. That’s why they’re great alongside meats like beef, pork, and lamb.

Wondering what to drink with spicy foods besides beer? A light, sweet and refreshing wine an off-dry Riesling is a good pairing for spicy dishes. A well chilled off-dry Rose or blush goes well with chicken wings. A Southern classic is sweetened iced-tea.
