Hot LIPS!
While a mouth ablaze may make you want to reach for water or beer, they will only spread the pain. The cure for a burning mouth is full fat dairy such as milk, sour cream, or yogurt. Sugar in adds an extra soothing quality so ice cream, a good ol’ fashioned milkshake, or yogurt smoothie can do the trick.

Hot Drinks!
Wondering what to drink with spicy foods besides beer? A light and sweet wine like an off-dry Riesling is refreshing. A well chilled off-dry Rose or blush goes well with chicken wings. The Southern classic to go with barbecue is sweetened iced-tea.

Franks?!  Why would you put that S**t on anything? We have Franks Replacement Therapy for you this month.

DAN’S PRIME XXX HABANERO SAUCE

“How do we capture the unique flavor that is missing in other sauces?  Choice habanero peppers are hand selected from the fields of coastal Columbia, blended with natural cane vinegar and sea salt, and aged before bottling.”

Dan Jardine has been making quality hot sauces and salsas since 1979, like Widow Maker and Dew Drops, so he knows a thing or two about delivering quality and flavour.  Try his XXX Habanero in place of that Franks s**t and we think you’ll agree.
