Eggnog Alexander

This holiday favourite combines the best of rum & eggnog and brandy alexander.

1. •rum, plain or spiced
   

2. •brandy
   

3. •good quality eggnog
   

4. •freshly ground nutmeg (so much better than that dried out old stuff)
   

5. •ice cubes
   

Fill a tall glass part way with ice.  Add 1 ½ ounces rum and 1 ounce brandy.  Top up with eggnog.  Sprinkle with freshly ground nutmeg and give a quick stir.
